Saturday October 22, 2022 at 6:00PM Let's celebrate Octoberfest by using beer as our key ingredient for this class. Beer dates to at least the third century BC with the Egyptians, Babylonians and Sumerians malting barley and wheat to make beer. Saturday September 17, 2022 at 6:00PM With Labor Day almost behind us, football kicking off and moving into fall, join us for a Fall Dinner Class on Saturday September 17th at 6:00PM. First up is another appetizer we learned during our trip to Italy back in the spring. Even though it is an easy recipe, it is very tasty, Crostini with Sausage and Cheese. Saturday June 18, 2022 at 6:00PM Class Sold Out It's hard to believe it is June already. We've had a very busy April and May and was not able to teach any classes during that time. Our next class will be Saturday, June 18 at 6:00PM. We will start with a wonderful appetizer we learned on our recent trip to Italy.
