With Labor Day almost behind us, football kicking off and moving into fall, join us for a Fall Dinner Class on Saturday September 17th at 6:00PM.
First up is another appetizer we learned during our trip to Italy back in the spring. Even though it is an easy recipe, it is very tasty, Crostini with Sausage and Cheese.
Our main dish will be Honey Glazed Pork Chops. We start by marinating the pork chops in honey and herbs and then oven grill the chops. Next, we’ll make Herb-Roasted Smashed Potatoes. And last but not least, we’ll make a Bittersweet Chocolate Tart. I know you will enjoy this menu.
