Dinner Party Classics
Saturday April 20, 2024 at 6:00PM I'm often asked about what I serve when I have company. Well, here are some of the classic dinner part dishes that I will serve when I have guests visiting my home. We are going to start with a salad, but it is the dressing that makes the dish. In this case, a warm bacon vinaigrette with scallops over the greens. It's a fantastic combination.
