Italian Food and Wine – The Wine Cellar

August Goodies Class

Saturday August 29, 2015 at 6:00PM As we get ready to head out of summer and into fall, join me for a collage of summer and fall recipes. I love asparagus and there are many different ways to fix it. For this class we are going to do a simple stovetop preparation. Using a cast iron skillet, we will pan grill the asparagus and top with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
