Berries Galore
Saturday May 21, 2016 at 6:00PM This is a great time of year as the local produce shows back up at the Farmers Markets. Our May class will be "berry-licious" as the local berries will be in full bloom! This is also the traditional start of the salmon runs in the Northwest US and Alaska. We will start with a fresh salad of greens with a strawberry vinaigrette dressing. The entree will feature that Alaskan Salmon I mentioned. April Spring Class
Saturday April 2, 2016 at 6:00PM As we move into April, Spring Break and Easter are behind us and soon the bounty of spring and summer will start appearing in the Farmers Markets and Stores. April is traditionally the season of Spring Lamb and our main course for this class will be Roasted Leg 'O Lamb marinated in mint, rosemary and balsamic vinegar. Valentine’s Day Weekend Classes in Atlanta
Friday February 12th and Sunday February 14, 2016 at Cook's Warehouse Atlanta I am very excited to be teaching my first set of classes in Atlanta with the Cooks Warehouse. Come join me as I teach two classes Valentine's Day Weekend. Friday night February 12th, I will be teaching a "Couples Cooking for Valentine's Day."
