July Summer Class – Saturday July 12th

Join me for a Summer Class on Saturday July 12th Summer is in full swing and the markets are exploding with some great produce. Tonight we will feature two Italian Dishes, but with a bit of a twist. We will start with a classic Italian fresh salad, Caprese. We're going to build this on a block of Pink Himalayan Salt with the fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil from the garden and topped with Balsamic Vinegar. Summer Delights

Saturday June 7, 2014 at 6:00PM This is a great time of year as the local produce shows back up at the Farmers Markets.  Our June class will be "berry-licious" as the local berries will be at their peak! I also saw the first Alaskan Wild Salmon in the market this week and the Salmon runs are in full force in June.
