It’s time for the 2017 Holiday Breakfast Class. Join me as we learn a wide variety of make ahead breakfast/brunch items.

For some reason all those guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas wake up in the morning and expect to eat something. While you are focusing on “the main event,” these recipes can be assembled the night before and then put in the oven in the morning so you can feed everyone!

For those who want something sweet for breakfast, we will make a Chocolate French Toast Casserole. This year’s scone recipe will also include chocolate as we will make a Chocolate Chunk Scone.

I’ve been spending a LOT of time this year on Italian dishes and we’ll be making an Italian Breakfast Strata. With mushrooms, Italian sausage and more, this is a hearty start to the day.

We’ll round it out with another dish that could stand up for breakfast or brunch, the Ham and Cheese Bake.

This is a class you won’t want to miss. It always sells out quickly, so make your reservation to secure your space!
