I’m often asked about what I serve when I have company. Well, here are some of the classic dinner part dishes that I will serve when I have guests visiting my home.

We are going to start with a salad, but  it is the dressing that makes the dish. In this case, a warm bacon vinaigrette with scallops over the greens. It’s a fantastic combination. When I’m serving a main dish, I really enjoy serving leg of lamb. We will marinate and then roast a leg of lamb (See the side photo for the end product!). For a side dish, you can’t go wrong with a potato dish. Add some dairy and cheese and you have a side dish that will never disappoint! For dessert, we will do a traditional french upside down apple pie know as Tarte Tatin. We start by cooking the apples, then covering with a crust and baking it. When it’s done, you turn it out for a beautiful dessert.
