We recently returned from our Food and Wine Tour of Italy. I’ve been posting our daily experiences on the Facebook page. Be sure to check it out and stay tuned for our next trip!

So it just seemed appropriate to have our June class be an Italian dinner class. We’ll start off with a pasta dish with a cherry tomato sauce. For the main dish, we will make a Tuscan Pork Loin. Along side the pork loin, we will make Parmesan Asparagus. For dessert, we will take the classic TIramisu and turn them into truffles

So come join me as we make a return to Italy through these dishes.
