The Barcelona Evening class is the most popular class I teach. It’s been a while since I’ve taught this class in my kitchen and several newer clients have asked for me to teach this class. So, join me on Saturday October 29th as we take a culinary trip to Spain.

We are going to start with two traditional Spanish Tapas, Roasted Asparagus and Tomato Bread. No trip to Barcelona would be complete without enjoying the signature dish of the region – Paella. We will make a mixed Paella with sausage, chicken and shrimp. For dessert, we’ll whip up Crema Catalana. This dessert is a vanilla custard with a “burnt” sugar top, very similar to the French Creme Brulee.

We will incorporate an olive oil tasting during the class. Don’t miss out and get your reservations in now!
