It’s been a while since we did a class focused on seafood. Join me on Saturday August 20th as we reel in some great dishes as we enjoy what the sea has to offer. Many people have tried to add more fish to their diet, but have struggled with cooking it well. Fish can be challenging to cook, but with some knowledge and tips and tricks, we will take any mystery out of how to cook seafood.
For this class, we will make 5 different seafood dishes. We’ll start with a California inspired dish – Baja Grilled Fish Tacos. We’ll add a spicy sauce and some guacamole to the fish as we wrap it in a tortilla. With an Asian flair, we’ll make mini salmon sliders, a very nice appetizer. Next we will do a classic dish – shrimp scampi. We’ll round it out with two easy dishes that work great for a weeknight dinner. We’ll make a lemon pepper preparation and packet roasted fish.
So if you’ve been wanting to learn more about how to cook seafood as well as a few tips and tricks, then be sure to join me for this class.
