Hard to believe that it is already November and the holidays are just around the corner. That also means it’s time for the annual Holiday Breakfast Class. Join me on Saturday November 19th at 6:00PM as we focus on breakfast dishes that can feed the family or whoever happens to be visiting for the holidays.

This year well make four different breakfast options. The first one is a Hash Brown Casserole. This is similar to some of the stratas we’ve made in the past, but we replace the bread with hash browns. After all, hash browns and eggs go together so well. Another dish will be taking what was originally created for brunch at Brennan’s and turn it into a make ahead casserole. You won’t want to miss the Bananas Foster Casserole.

This year’s scone recipe is going to be cherry scones and we’ll make a favorite spread from Shirley Corriher, Cherry Chambord Butter to go with the scones. Last but not least, we’ll look at an egg dish that has its roots in Italy – a frittata.

There you have it, quite a diverse group of recipes that will give you plenty of options when that group invades your house and always seems to want something to eat for breakfast, even if you are going to eat way too much turkey in just a few hours!
