The recipe for the Chocolate Overdose Cookies is below:

Chocolate Overdose Cookies
Adapted from George Geary

3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
3/4 cup Sugar
1 each egg, large
1 each egg yolk, large
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Paste or Vanilla Extract
1 1 /2 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons cocoa powder, Dutch Processed
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons cocoa nibs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and egg yolk. Mix to combine. Add vanilla. Mix to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine and mix flour, sifted cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture in mixer on low speed.

Add chips and nibs to the mixer and run no low speed until just mixed through the dough.

Using a scoop, drop cookies onto baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes. The tops should look just dry.
