Well, with the Corona Virus Pandemic continuing through  the year into 2021, we have decided to reschedule again to April of 2022. While it’s hard to believe that we are now looking at travelling 2 years after the original trip was scheduled. Let’s just say that we are determined to make this trip and not allow this pesky virus to completely cancel our trip! So, plan on joining me April 25-30, 2022 as we explore magical Tuscany. If you’ve visited Italy many times or looking forward to your first visit, Tuscany is one of the most well known and visited areas in Italy. We will be visiting key cities including Florence and Sienna and then getting out in the countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer.

Central Italy has drawn people for thousands of years. From the Etruscans and the Romans through today, Tuscany has been a leading figure throughout history. Emerging from the Dark Ages, the Renaissance was born in Florence. Take time to visit the great galleries of Michelangelo, Botticelli, Raphael and Leonardo da Vinci. But, Tuscany is also known for the amazing food and wine and we will enjoy as much as we can stand.

We will explore well known areas as well as hidden gems. Included culinary delights are 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, 1 wine tasting and 2 cooking classes.  We’ll visit a butcher and have a wine and salami tasting as we explore the Chiati region. We’ll visit a wine estate and also explore the olive oils they produce. We won’t miss a visit to San Gimignano and it’s 14 towers from the medieval times. We will have the opportunity to experience what Tuscany has to offer.

See the detailed itinerary for all of the details. Cost for the trip is $2,995 per person based on a double room. Spaces are limited, we will be traveling with a smaller group, so get your reservation in early to secure your space on this trip.
