Unfortunately, we had to reschedule the July Summer Dinner Class to August. I hope you can join us on Saturday August 19, 2023 at 6:00PM.
As the summer progresses, tomatoes are in full season! Join us as we enjoy a variety of summer’s bounty.
We’ll start with a variation on a caprese salad turning it into a summer pasta salad. We’ll also make a stuffed baked tomato to go with our main dish.
For the entree, we will marinate pork tenderloin in Italian flavors and then make a Basil Mint Pesto to go with it.
For dessert we will make another summer variation on the of the most popular dessert dishes we make. We’ll drop the coffee and make a peach tiramisu.
