Join us as we travel to Germany for a dinner to celebrate Octoberfest! We are going to make four classic German dishes in this class. The main dish for this class will be Rouladen, a class beef roll dish. Accompanying the Rouladen will be Rotkohl and Knoedel. The Rotkohl is a braised red cabbage and the Knoedel is a potato dumpling. For dessert, we will make Apfelkuchen or apple cake.

Assisting me in this class will be a friend who was born and raised in Hamburg Germany learning most of her German cooking skills from her Oma (grandmothers). I’m excited to have Maike DeMaria joining me for this class.

With the fall being football season, there is NO good Saturday to do a class, so we just had to pick a date we were available – so I hope you can join us on Saturday October 21, 2023 at 6PM for this fabulous class!

Tuition for this class is $80 per person. But get your reservation in early – this class is sure to sell out!
