FINALLY!!!!! I am so thrilled to be back to offering classes once again. I can’t think of a better way to start back on classes than with a visit to some classic steakhouse dishes. Be sure to join me for our first class of 2021.
We are going to start with a New Orleans classic of BBQ Shrimp. We’ll make two side dishes – Creamed Spinach and Morton’s Sauteed Mushrooms. Of course we are going to feature a steak – a beautiful filet mignon cut served with an Irish Whiskey Cream Sauce. This class will be in strawberry season, so I’m excited to share one of our favorite strawberry desserts – balsamic glazed strawberries with a homemade vanilla bean ice cream.
This is an awesome menu and I hope to see each of you in PERSON very soon. Come on and enjoy getting together for this class. And did I mention that we are in the new kitchen! Looking forward to sharing the kitchen with everyone as well.
