Saturday November 14, and Sunday November 15, 2020 at 6:30PM
Please Note: Both Classes are sold out

This has been quite a year! With the impact of COVID, I haven’t taught any in-person classes since March. With the holidays fast approaching, it’s time to restart the classes and the Annual Holiday Breakfast class will be the first one on Saturday November 14th at 6:30PM.

Since this is the 11th year we’ve had the Holiday Breakfast Class I decided to go back through the 10 years of past classes and pick out 4 top recipes to bring back for this year’s class. It was very hard to decide because we have done so many incredible breakfast recipes over the years, but I think this menu is a good cross section of the many recipes.

For the scone recipe, we’re going back to basics with the Cream Scones. This scone is a wonderful blank canvas for topping with clotted cream, lemon curd, or a great jam or jelly.

Next we will make Cinnamon Rolls, now not just any old cinnamon rolls, but the big and yeasty rolls that are wonderful to wake up to on a Holiday morning. Topped with a nice frosting, these are sure to get rave reviews.

We will make a breakfast casserole or strata. This also is made the night before so all it needs is some oven time and you have a tasty, hot breakfast ready to go.

Last, but certainly not least, is a Southern classic (Or low county if you prefer….) – Shrimp and Grits. We’ll make some cheese grits using the Nora Mills stone ground grits I picked up on a recent trip to the North Georgia mountains. Top them with shrimp is a tasty sauce and you’ve got four incredible recipes to choose from – or with the whole family, make them all.

Be sure and reserve your spot in this class!

COVID notes: I now have a very large kitchen, but for everyone sitting around the island, we can’t keep 6 feet of distance. We have plenty of room to spread out in the kitchen though, so we can maintain the distancing. If you have any symptoms or are not feeling well the day of class, please notify me as I will have a liberal cancellation policy for the health and safety of everyone. If you have any questions, please email and ask.
