Two Classes!

With the final season of Game of Thrones join me as we enjoy a dinner menu of Fire and Ice. While visions of dragons and the Ice King coming soon, we’ll enjoy a menu featuring some classic dishes. First up is an appetizer salad of Shrimp Remoulade. Chilled shrimp over lettuce topped with a Remoulade sauce is a great beginning.

For our main dish, we will enjoy Flaming Filets. We’ll start with some Filet Mignons and finish with a brandy sauce. We’ll light the brandy on fire and serve the sauce over the filets. Along side the filets will be Potatoes Au Gratin. Potatoes cooked with cream and Gruyere cheese – need we say more.

And for dessert, we return to another classic New Orleans dish – Bananas Foster with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Again, we’ll light the Bananas Foster creating a spectacular sight to top our ice cream. This is a menu you won’t want to miss.

For this class, you have two opportunities – Saturday April 20th at 6:00PM at the Market at Artisan Cove in the Hampton Cove area. The other opportunity is Thursday April 25th at 6:30PM at The Wine Cellar. The Wine Cellar will be pairing and serving wine with the dishes.
