Hard to believe that the end of the year is approaching and we are once again in the Holiday Season. Join me for the 2018 Holiday Breakfast Class on Saturday November 10th at 6:00PM.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a traditional tea during a recent trip. My favorite scone they served was a buttermilk scone with lemon curd. I really love a good lemon pound cake – so, how about combining the two for a Double Lemon Scone!

Breakfast casseroles are always a great make ahead recipe. This year, we will make two different breakfast casseroles. We will make a Country Ham Breakfast Strata and a Praline French Toast Casserole.

This year, I wanted to include a classic recipe, so we are going to also make Eggs Benedict. We’ll demonstrate how to poach eggs and make a blender hollandaise recipe.
