This is NO April Fools joke! Are you looking for dishes to try featuring chicken? Then this is the class for you. In this class, we are going to make 3 different dishes with chicken breasts.
We will be making Chicken Picatta, this is chicken breast in a lemon, butter, caper sauce. We’ll also make Chicken with Prosciutto and Sage – this is a chicken version of Saltimboca which is often made using veal. Our last chicken dish is one of our favorites from Florence – Florentine Balsamic Chicken. For dessert, we’ll make some bananas foster to go along with the chicken.
