So many of you were interested in this class but couldn’t make it in March, so, we’re going to do a sequel of the class! Join me for a dinner inspired by the movie Under the Tuscan Sun.

What might a dinner at Frances Maye’s Cortona villa be like? Well, we will start with a classic pasta dish – Penne with Vodka Sauce. For the main course, we will enjoy a Tuscan Pork Tenderloin. We will use an herb paste before we cook it.

For our sides, what could be more Tuscan than a fabulous Wild Mushroom Risotto. We’ll add in a Tuscan green bean recipe.

To top all of this off, a Chocolate Hazelnut Cake with Chocolate Ganache.
