This class has sold out.
A new Huntsville service called Touronimo has just launched! I am partnering with Touronimo to sponsor cooking classes as part of their experiences offering. Our initial class, a Fall Harvest Dinner, is scheduled for Tuesday October 29th at 6:30PM
As the leaves being to turn colors and the evenings get cooler (finally!), it’s time to welcome autumn. There’s no better way than gathering with other friendly faces around a fall harvest inspired dinner.
For this menu, we will start with a salad featuring chopped apples and oven-warmed hazelnut coated goat cheese. For the main course we will marinate and indoor grill a flank steak on the stovetop and serve it with a red wine sauce. A simple but elegant French classic, Pommes de Terres sautès (potatoes sautèed in butter) will be served alongside the flank steak. There’s no better way to finish off this harvest menu than with another delectable French dessert, Tarte Tatin, a caramelized upside-down apple tart.
Be sure to check out the Touronimo website for other available experiences in the Huntsville area!
