Class will be held at the Market at Artisan Cove, 220 Old Hwy 431, Hampton Cove

Join us at the grill outside of the Market at Artisan Cove for an afternoon of fun, fire and great food.

We will start with a variation of a traditional Tuscan bread salad using fresh vegetables from the market grilled up and mixed with fresh tomatoes, bread and a dressing. You will surely enjoy Chef CC’s Panzanella Salad.

The main dish will be a marinated and grilled flank steak. This cut is very flavorful and is a cinch to cook on the grill. Along with the steak will be a side of CC’s special cole slaw.

And for dessert – my absolutely favorite summer dessert – grilled pound cake with grilled peaches served with salted caramel ice cream.

For this class, is scheduled for Saturday August 24th at 4:30PM at the Market at Artisan Cove in the Hampton Cove area, 220 Old Highway 431. (Class is starting earlier than usual due to being outside and making sure we have enough light to finish the class!)

Plan on coming to this celebration of grill and fire!

Tuition for the class at Artisan Cove is $65 per person.

Please note: This class is planned to be outside – please dress accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, we will move the class inside to the Market kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 5PM on Wednesday August 21st.
