Summer is in full swing and many of my favorites are hitting the farmers markets. Join me for a summer dinner as we enjoy tomatoes, peaches and other produce.

We are going to start with a traditional Italian Bread Salad with tomatoes. Panzanella Salad includes these and other vegetables from the market. This salad has an incredible taste with all of the fresh ingredients. The Panzanella Salad will be included in my upcoming cookbook. It’s a great preview!

We’ll also make a savory Peach Salsa, a different take on my favorite summer fruit.

The entree will be sautéed salmon with Romesco Sauce. Romesco Sauce adds a nice flavor to complement the salmon.

For dessert we will make Peach Ice Cream because you just can’t get enough peaches!

So, if you ask me, the Salmon is enough reason to come to this class – or is it the Panzanella Salad – oh, no matter – just come and join me and enjoy all of this great food!
