It’s that time of year when EVERYONE is Irish! Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as we cook a number of Irish dishes without the long flight.
We’ll start by baking some Irish Brown Bread. Even if you aren’t a baker, this is an easy recipe to master. We’ll then make a batch of Irish Stew. Potatoes are an important crop for Ireland and we will make a traditional potato dish of Colcannon. For dessert, we’ll make Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse Tarte using another well know Irish product.
