Saturday’s class sold very quickly, so we are adding a second class for Sunday June 22nd.
What happens when you ask a roomful of hungry home cooks what they’d like to learn next? You get this menu. Join us on Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd at 6:00PM for a night of crowd-favorite dishes, guaranteed to impress your family, your friends, and maybe even yourself.

We’ll kick things off with Crostini with Sausage and Cheese — crispy, melty, savory little bites that practically demand you pour a glass of wine (which we highly encourage). Then it’s on to Florentine Balsamic Chicken, a dish so flavorful and comforting you might catch yourself licking the plate. No judgment here.

Next up, we tackle Risotto Milanese, that gloriously creamy, saffron-kissed rice dish that has a reputation for being fussy. Spoiler alert: it’s not — and we’ll show you how to nail it every time. Finally, we’ll wrap things up with the dramatic flair of Bananas Foster. Yes, there will be fire. Yes, there will be ice cream. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
