Celebrate the arrival of spring with an Italian-inspired evening at Cooking with C.C.! In this demonstration-style class, we’ll guide you through a menu full of bright, fresh flavors—perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself to something special at home.
We’ll start with Penne alla Vodka, a creamy, comforting pasta dish with a luscious tomato-vodka sauce. It’s simple, satisfying, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Next up, Chicken Piccata: tender, pan-seared chicken cutlets in a vibrant lemon-butter sauce, with briny capers adding just the right punch of flavor. It’s light, fresh, and a perfect main course for springtime dining.
On the side, we’ll prepare Tuscan Green Beans, using a special ingredient. These bright green beans are crisp-tender and bursting with rustic Italian flavor.
Finally, we’ll end on a sweet note with Limoncello Cake. This sunny dessert is made with Italy’s famous lemon liqueur, giving it a moist texture and refreshing citrusy zing—perfect with a cup of coffee or a little extra limoncello!
