Join me for a Summer Class on Saturday July 12th

Summer is in full swing and the markets are exploding with some great produce.

Tonight we will feature two Italian Dishes, but with a bit of a twist. We will start with a classic Italian fresh salad, Caprese. We’re going to build this on a block of Pink Himalayan Salt with the fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil from the garden and topped with Balsamic Vinegar. You will be amazed at what the salt block adds. Another classic Italian summer ingredient is Genovese Pesto. After we make the pesto, we’ll make a chicken breast dish with the Pesto and cheese.

The two other dishes are starring some of the fresh fruit available at this time of year. We’ll make a salsa of peaches and watermelon. This is a great summer appetizer.  To finish up, we are going to make fresh peach ice cream.  This recipe is based on a country recipe from Alabama. Be sure and join me as we explore some of the great products of summer! Call or email now to reserve your seat in this great class.
