Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience as we explore the rich and vibrant flavors of the South of France! In this demonstration style cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare a menu inspired by the rustic elegance of Provençal cuisine, blending fresh ingredients and timeless techniques.

Menu Highlights:
Moules Marinières – Begin your journey with a classic French dish featuring fresh mussels steamed in a fragrant broth of white wine, garlic, and herbs.
Beef Daube – Master the art of slow-cooking as we prepare this traditional Provençal beef stew, simmered to perfection with red wine, herbs, and vegetables, resulting in tender, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
Lyonnaise Potatoes – Learn the secrets to making this simple yet exquisite side dish, with golden, crispy potatoes sautéed with onions and butter for the perfect balance of texture and flavor.
Chocolate Mousse – Finish with a decadent dessert of silky chocolate mousse, delicately airy and rich, a fitting end to your French feast. Of course we will be using Valhrona Chocolate for the mousse.
