Get ready to turn your kitchen into a sophisticated soirée! Join us on September 6th at 6:00 PM for an evening of elegant appetizers that will have your guests thinking you’ve been secretly studying at Le Cordon Bleu (we promise not to tell them it only took one class).

We’ll kick things off with classic French Gougères – those impossibly airy, cheese-filled puffs that somehow manage to be both rustic and refined. Think of them as the sophisticated cousin of the dinner roll, with a French accent and a serious cheese addiction. Next, we’ll master the art of Pont du Gard Tomato Salad, a vibrant dish that captures the essence of Provence in every bite. This isn’t your grandmother’s tomato salad – unless your grandmother happened to vacation in the South of France, in which case, we’re jealous.

But we’re not stopping at the French border! We’ll also craft Bacon Cheddar Leek Puffs that bring a delightful Southern twist to the puff pastry game, because sometimes you need a little comfort food with your sophistication. Finally, we’ll dive into the bold flavors of Shrimp Remoulade – a New Orleans classic that proves Creole cuisine knows how to make an entrance at any party.
