Needing some new ideas for appetizers? Then join me for this class on amazing appetizers. This will be a selection of great starters for any event.
You’ll enjoy some Roasted Citrus Olives. We’ll make a tart crust, then caramelize onions and make a tasty tart. We’ll use a Caribbean marinade with shrimp, then cook them in a grill pan and serve them with a mango salsa.
Our fourth appetizer is a Gougere – a classic ham and cheese puff made from Choux pastry.
