Monday December 23rd and Sunday December 29th at 6:00PM

With Thanksgiving so late, it just seems that December is so short and Christmas is almost here. Join me as we celebrate with a varied Holiday Dinner to celebrate in 2019.

We are going to start with a shrimp dish. We will make New Orleans BBQ Shrimp.

Since Christmas is midweek this year, we will once again enjoy a Beef Tenderloin Roast. We will oven roast it and top is with a wine sauce. We will go “continental” with the side and make Carrots and Cipolini with Marsala from my cookbook.

For dessert, we will make a visit to Indiana for a special dessert from the Sarge Oaks restaurant that was open for many years in Lafayette. It’s quite a story, which I will tell in class, but you won’t want to miss their special Amaretto Chocolate Pie.
