The Tuesday class sold out and there were still people wanting reservations, so we’ve added the Thursday class. Contact the Wine Cellar to reserve your seat in this class.

Join The Wine Cellar and Chef C.C. as they teach a cooking class right in the store.  The class includes a recipe pack and instructions on how to prepare the recipes.  Of course it includes tasting whatever is prepared in class plus wines paired by the staff of the Wine Cellar!

For the “Evening in Barcelona” class, we will start with two traditional Spanish Tapas, Roasted Asparagus and Tostados d’Ajo. For the main event, we will make a Paella. This is a very traditional dish of Spain that we will make with chicken, sausage and shrimp. The dessert is Crema Catalana. This dessert is a vanilla custard with a “burnt” sugar top, similar in some respects to Crème Brulee.

We will also incorporate an olive oil tasting  during the class. Don’t miss out on this class! Get your reservation in now!
