As summer is in full swing, we have to enjoy some of the  summer goodies from the farmer’s market. Join me for a Summer Farmers Market dinner as we enjoy the bounty of our local farmers. We will include two of my favorite summer items – tomatoes and peaches.

The  menu will include dishes using these and other vegetables from the market. We’ll change up the traditional Italian summer salad by replacing the tomatoes with peaches and make Peach Caprese Salad. Next we will roast a variety of the vegetable available in the market. Corn is reaching its peak in July and we will take fresh corn and make creamed corn with it. The last dish will be Pasta Putanesca using the fresh tomatoes from the market.


So, come and join me and enjoy all of this great food!
