Join me for a delicious spring evening on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM as we explore a menu full of fresh seasonal ingredients and tropical flair. This demonstration-style class is designed for home cooks who want to pick up new ideas, enjoy a relaxed evening, and leave inspired to bring a little more flavor to their own table.

Our spring menu begins with Market Greens with Strawberry Vinaigrette, a fresh and colorful salad with a homemade dressing that tastes like the season in a bowl. From there, we’ll make Caribbean Shrimp with Mango Salsa, combining bold spices, sweet mango, lime, and herbs for a dish that is vibrant, lively, and perfect for warmer weather.

For the main course, we’ll prepare Tropical Pork Tenderloin, marinated with pineapple juice, orange juice, soy, brown sugar, and ginger, then finished with a flavorful glaze. It’s a wonderful main dish for entertaining and a great example of how a few simple ingredients can create big flavor.

We’ll end the evening with Strawberry Shortcake, layered with sweet strawberries and whipped cream for a dessert that is simple, classic, and always a crowd-pleaser. This is a class that celebrates spring with a menu that is fresh, fun, and just a little bit festive.
