I have learned a great deal about wine by trying many different wine through the weekly tastings at The Wine Cellar. Annette and the staff have worked with my clients to pair wines with the menus of private classes. Earlier this year, I partnered with the Wine Cellar for our first cooking class at the Wine Cellar where they paired wines with each of the dishes in the class. I am very excited about our next class on Tuesday October 20th.
This class will focus on Italian food and wine. We will start with an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms. Our entree will be chicken with prosciutto and sage. We’ll next make a version of an iconic Italian dish – Risotto Milanese. For dessert, my wife’s favorite Italian dessert – Tiramisu. The Wine Cellar will pair Italian wines with each of these dishes.
For this class, all reservations should be made with the Wine Cellar. Call the Wine Cellar now to reserve your seat in this great class.
