Join us on Saturday, November 21 at 6:00 PM for one of our favorite classes of the year as we put together a menu filled with ideas for holiday mornings, overnight guests, and those breakfasts that deserve something a little more special than the usual routine.
This year, we’re starting with not one, but two very different scones. First, a savory Caramelized Onion & Gruyère Scone with rich, deeply browned onions and nutty Gruyère cheese. Then we’ll go in the completely opposite direction with a Maple Pecan Scone — tender, buttery, filled with toasted pecans, and finished with a maple glaze.
Next comes our Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Ring. We’re taking everything we love about a classic cinnamon roll — soft yeast dough, brown sugar, cinnamon, and plenty of swirl — and baking it as one large breakfast ring that can be sliced and served at the table.
We’ll round out the evening with a warm, make-ahead Breakfast Casserole — exactly the kind of dish you want in your recipe collection when family and friends are gathered for the holidays.
As always, we’ll talk through techniques, make-ahead tips, and ways to make holiday breakfast a little easier without making it any less special.
