It’s Christmas time once again and that means it’s time for one of my favorite classes of the year – our Christmas Dinner Class! Come enjoy an evening of fun and food and escape for a few hours.
This year we are making an elegant main dish by roasting a beef tenderloin and making a nice sauce to accompany the roast.
For dishes to go along with the beef roast, we will make a potato gratin along with Balsamic Green Beans with Pearl Onions.
We of course can’t forget dessert! We’re going to finish this dinner off with a chocolate marshmallow trifle
This demonstration style class will be offered on two consecutive nights – Monday December 19, and Tuesday December 20 at 6:30PM.
