The most requested and popular class I teach is the Barcelona Evening Class. I’ve had a number of students that have never taken that class ask me to teach it again. Join me for the Barcelona Evening Class on Saturday September 9, 2017 at 6:00PM.

For the Barcelona Evening class, we start with two traditional Spanish Tapas, Roasted Asparagus and Tostados d’Ajo. For the main event, we will make a Paella. This is a very traditional dish of Spain that we will make with chicken, sausage and shrimp. The dessert is Crema Catalana. This dessert is a vanilla custard with a “burnt” sugar top, similar in some respects to Crème Brulee.

We will also incorporate an olive oil tasting during the class. Don’t miss out on this class! Get your reservation in now!
