Holiday Breakfast Class – Saturday November 21, 2015 at 6:00PM

Be sure you are on the newsletter email list to receive updates when the classes are announced.

It’s hard to believe that the holidays are fast approaching. With a daughter in High School Marching Band, the fall has been very busy. Football season is over and marching season is ending soon. Now our attention moves towards the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Plan on joining me for our annual Holiday Breakfast Class on Saturday November 21st at 6:00PM.

A number of years ago, I decided against teaching the usual Turkey and Dressing variations for Thanksgiving. It seems when family comes to visit, they want to eat when they wake up – so I taught a Make Ahead Breakfast Class and it went so well, it’s become an annual class.

This year, we will be making an Oreo Scone recipe. One thing that I’ve done with the recipe is add a cookie crust to the bottom so you get plenty Oreo goodness! We will also make a Cinnamon Sugar Muffin that makes me think of some of the baked donuts I’ve eaten in the past. Of course, we can’t just make sweet baked things – so a couple of baked egg dishes are in order. We’ll be making a Breakfast Casserole and individual mini Bacon Cheddar Leek egg muffins.

I’m also working on the menu for the Christmas Dinner Class. That class is scheduled for Monday December 21, 2015 at 6:30PM.

Be sure and add these dates to your calendar. Tuition for the breakfast class is $50 per person. Once I have the menu set for the Christmas Dinner Class, I will be able to give a final price. If you would like to make a  reservation for the breakfast class, please email C.C. or use the registration form.
